Patient Care

 Patient Care: Our team of nurses provides the same care for our patients as a mother for her daughter. We practice what we call the “five one’s” and the “six before’s”. The five’s one’s are composed of a warm regard, an appropriate name, a cup of hot water, a set of instructions so the patient knows how to take care of himself, and a contact card so he may keep in touch with us even after he gets out of the hospital. The six before’s mean to help the patients before the patients ask for help, answer any question the patients may have before they ask, provide service before the patients request, communicate before the patients receive treatment, be in control before problems occur, and to patrol before emergencies occur. We provide moon cakes and dumplings for patients who are unable to spend Mid-Autumn Festival and Spring Festival with their family every year, making them feel like part of our family.
